fcConnect assesses student learning on curriculum based outcomes defined by teacher and district developed rubrics. Student progress can be reported to parents in learning outcome report cards. School and district administrators are able to review student achievement results at the outcome, course, school and district levels. Additionally, fcConnect contains tools for tracking and reporting attendance, communication, evaluations, and standardized testing.  

As a FirstClass® school management “add-on” application, fcConnect™ is the solution to managing student learning outcomes, assessments, and report card development and production, while providing district administration with information on student, school and district performance. fcConnect is used in conjunction with the fcSchool® student information system (SIS) or with an existing non-FirstClass based SIS to view student information and link to its many features

Exploiting the ability to locate your FirstClass server at a central office, it is not necessary to provision a server for every school. As fcSchool is platform independent, it can be accessed from any Windows or Mac computer using the FirstClass client.
